CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY

We understand that plans can change. To ensure the best service for all our guests, the following policies apply:

1. Cancellation Fees

The cancellation fee is calculated based on the time we receive your notice before the scheduled departure:

• 15 days or more prior to departure: Free cancellation (Full refund).

• 10 to 14 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.

• 3 to 9 days prior to departure: 70% of the total tour price will be charged.

• Within 72 hours (3 days) of departure: 100% of the total tour price will be charged (Non-refundable).

2. Tour Amendments (Date Changes)

• Complimentary Amendment: We offer free date changes if notified at least 48 hours before the departure time (subject to availability).

• Requests made within 48 hours of departure may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the fees above.

3. Cancellation by the Operator

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or extreme weather conditions, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel the trip. In such cases:

• You may choose to reschedule for another date or receive a full refund.
